We hope that you love our products. In the unlikely event that your order has arrived damaged or faulty in any way, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund accordingly.
No refunds or exchanges are offered on any non-faulty items. As with any cosmetics item, we cannot issue refunds/exchanges due to health and hygiene reasons.
Faulty items must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving the item, this may be extended at busy times like christmas, this will be stated on our website at that time.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, however please allow up to a maximum of 3 weeks for your funds to be returned to your bank account. Strictly no refunds can be issued on claims opened 45 days after payment.
Exchanges on damaged/incorrect products are usually processed within 7 business days, but again please allow up to 3 weeks for the exchanged items to be re-delivered back to your address.
Please note: we will be unable to provide a full refund is goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you of the option of either a reduced refund amount, or for the goods to be returned back to you.
