Castaway Beauty products are delivered using RoyalMail for UK orders and Royal Mail for International orders (these are subject to change) Your order should be expected to delivered to you within the following time frames:

 

UK Delivery

We currently offer two different services for UK customers;

 

£9.99 - Next Day Delivery

In a rush to get your hands on a new fabulous wig for a big event? The Next Day Delivery service is for you! Absolutely all orders placed before 3pm on Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Enter your phone number and email at checkout to receive SMS updates and a two hour time slot confirming delivery.

 

£2.99 - Standard Delivery (2-3 Working Days)

This is our standard service, and all orders are dispatched with Royal Mail. Orders will typically take 3 days to arrive, but on some instances they are know to arrive earlier!

 

 

 

International Delivery

International orders should be delivered within 3-10 working days, but can take up to 30 working days. Please note that no further action can be taken by Castaway Beauty until this 30 day period has passed.

COVID-19

Due to significant changes in flights and transport routes, you may well experience postage delays, especially outside of the U.K, Please be patient as we are seeing some orders take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Most orders however are not being too badly effected with our current courier.
